SPONSORED FOURSOME AND TEE SIGN - $700.00

SPONSORED FOURSOME AND TEE SIGN

A sponsorship is also available for sponsoring a foursome for the tournament, and simultaneously purchasing on-course advertising for the day of the tournament.    In exchange for this sponsorship, Special Olympics Maryland, Frederick County (SOFC) will provide the following;

A color, 24” nominal diameter sign, bearing the name and logo of the sponsor, to be conspicuously displayed at one of the 18 Men’s Standard Tees, or at one of the 18 Lady’s Tees (as may be chosen by the sponsor).  The sign will be displayed during both AM and PM flights, and on the approach to the tee the GPS display in the golf cart will identify the tee sponsor by displaying the sponsor’s name and logo.

Oral recognition at the tournament start, of the sponsored foursome golfers, if is staffed with local military personnel selected by SOFC (on behalf of the Sponsor).  Golfers in the Sponsored Foursome will be identified to the field individually, by name.

The SILVER sponsor provides funding to offset other tournament related costs (e.g. net low score winner prizes, costs associated with the provisioning of ditty bags for competitors, costs for volunteer “uniforms”, printing and photographic services).  In exchange for this significant contribution, Special Olympics Maryland, Frederick County (SOFC) will provide the following;

A full color 2’ X 3’ banner, bearing the name and logo of the SILVER Sponsor, to be flown from the balcony of the course clubhouse in full view of the field of golfers.

Oral acknowledgement at the shotgun start for the AM and PM flights, in the same breath as the field is informed of the rules of play

Acknowledgement and recognition of the SILVER Sponsor at the tournament awards banquet.

Acknowledgement as the SILVER Sponsor on tournament build flyers (to be finalized, printed and distributed by the end of January 2012)

Acknowledgement in public service announcements to be aired in conjunction with the tournament publicity push for March and April 2012.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SPONSOR

The FOOD AND BEVERAGE (F&B) sponsor provides funding to offset the costs of the continental breakfast, on-course beverages and snacks, and a buffet banquet served at the conclusion of the tournament.  In exchange for this significant contribution, Special Olympics Maryland, Frederick County (SOFC) will provide the following;

A full color 2’ X 6’ banner, bearing the name and logo of the F&B Sponsor, to be flown from the balcony of the course clubhouse in full view of the field of golfers

A full color sign at the registration and breakfast service, identifying the F&B Sponsor as the benefactor responsible for food and beverages

Oral acknowledgement at the shotgun start for the AM and PM flights, in the same breath as the field is informed of on-course beverages and snacks

Oral recognition at the tournament start as the sponsor of the F&B Sponsor’s Foursome (a golf foursome fielded on behalf of the F&B Sponsor), staffed by persons selected by the F&B Sponsor, or staffed with local military personnel selected by SOFC (on behalf of the F&B Sponsor).  Golfers in the F&B Sponsor Foursome will be identified to the field individually, by name.

The F&B Sponsor will be acknowledged on the day of the tournament via sign boards (nominally 18” X 22”), displaying the F&B Sponsor’s name, logo and contact information, mounted to the Beverage and Snack carts circulating on the course during both AM and PM flights.
