The Brandon Michael Fugate Memorial Golf Tournament

Please join us for the 2nd Annual Brandon Michael Fugate Memorial Golf Tournament Saturday, October 9, 2010, benefiting  The BMF Project.

The BMF Project was started in memory of Brandon, who drowned at Lake Ray Hubbard on November 29, 2008. It was conceived by Brandon's parents and brother as a means to make a tragedy of losing a son and brother into something positive.

The BMF Project is a 501 (c) (3) public charity whose mission is to raise money and resources for search and rescue agencies to have necessary technology, equipment, and training effectively perform their jobs.  We support not only the groups that worked so hard during the  29 days Brandon was missing, but the goal is  to help as many Search and Rescue (SAR) organizations as possible in support of their efforts. Along with this, educating the public on  the water safety and hazards that many are not aware and providing emotional support to families who go through a search and rescue event are functions of The BMF Project
