The Cedarburg Physical Therapy Foundation needs your help as we host our fifth annual charity golf outing. We are a not for profit 501(c)3 corporation and have dedicated ourselves to raising money for the health and wellness of children. We are seeking golfers and sponsors to help us raise money for this very worthy cause.
In 2008-09, we were able to donate $2400 to the Cedarburg Education Foundation (CEF) earmarked for health, wellness and physical education programs in our schools. Through our donation, we were able to purchase 24 Ultimate Stability ball packs for use at the high school. This equipment will allow our physical education teachers to advance the curriculum for benefit of our children. Our goal for next year is to start an endowment scholarship for students going into the health, wellness, fitness or medical field. With your help, we can achieve our goal.
We welcome your sponsorship or gift donation, but mostly we would like you to participate in our golf outing. It promises to be a fun filled day of golf for a great cause. We hope that you will consider joining us for this annual tradition as we welcome golfers of all abilities. If you are unable to join us for golf, please consider making a donation to our Foundation.
Donations:
We ask that you consider a donation of any size to help support our charity golf outing. There are several different levels of sponsorship available. All donations are 100% tax deductible through the IRS (check with your accountant for specific rules in your situation). All sponsors will be acknowledged on the day of the event. Donations for prizes and silent auction items are also greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at Cedarburg Physical Therapy any time prior to the outing. We hope to receive all donations by Friday, June 20th to allow us enough time to organize prizes and the silent auction.
