Welcome to our Tournament Web Site for the3rd Annual Virginia Greyhound AdoptionGolf Tournament.WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH THE TOURNAMENT FOR THEIR SUPPORT AND ALL THE PLAYERS FOR COMING OUT IN UNBEARABLE HEAT. IT WAS A RECORD BREAKING EVENT FOR US. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN NEXT YEAR. TED AND MARK We are very pleased to announce that this year's "A Round for Hounds" golf tournament will be held on Saturday June 7th at Fawn Lake Country Club in Spotsylvania Virginia. Singles and groups of less than 4 are welcome to sign up with the expectation that you will be paired up with others to fill out foursomes. The format once again will be a scramble with several prize holes including a $10,000 cash prize for a hole in one on hole #12 (check the prizes tab for more details). The tournament includes a continental breakfast, complimentary use of the driving range, green fees, cart, and a post match lunch consisting of hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken breasts. Be sure to bring your checkbook or cash, so you can bid on the many fine auction items and/or participate in the raffle (see list below). All proceeds go to benefit Virginia Greyhound Adoption (VAGA). This is our largest fund raising activity and we thank everyone for their support. It would be our pleasure to introduce you and your family to the joys of owning a greyhound and we pledge to lead you through the adoption process and educate you in a non-intrusive, respectful, and professional manner. Our mission is simple: we want to place as many retired racing greyhounds as we can in permanent, responsible homes where they will get the love and care they truly deserve. We are planning on having 2-3 greyhounds at registration and at the post match event. Sponsors and Donators can sign-up below. Fawn Lake does have a Golfer Dress Code.
